ERIN HARPUR
About

I was raised on an eight count. A series of beats. I used music as a guide, telling stories through movement. Martha Graham showed me the potential of human expression; Bill Withers taught me the power of rhythm.

I was grounded by songs. A series of phrases. Lyrics introduced me to the cadence of poetry—a medium that taught me to articulate narrative through the same dynamic means as choreography.

I am guided by dialog. A series of exchanges. As a designer, I live at the intersection of non-verbal and verbal communication, combining my practice as a dancer and a writer to create multi-dimensional experiences.

I’m Erin, a process-based designer nurturing every facet of a narrative.
